Our favorite green monster is back in Shrek Forever After. This promises to be the last Shrek adventure until they revive the franchise in 15 years or so. These characters are so adorable and have become woven into our collective conscience. I suspect that this story will live up to it predecessors and find its way into our permanent movie collections.

A domesticated Shrek hatches a plan to recapture his mojo and discovers what life in Far Far Away land would have been like had he never existed in this final chapter of the popular animated film series. There used to be a time when the villagers would run in terror at the mere mention of the name Shrek, but these days the big green ogre is married to Princess Fiona and raising triplets. Maintaining your fierce public persona is no simple task when you’re juggling infants and changing diapers, so when Shrek realizes that nobody is afraid of him anymore he recruits mischief-maker Rumpelstiltskin to restore his once-mighty roar. Unfortunately for Shrek, that plan hits an unexpected hitch. As a result, the morose monster takes a trip into an alternate-universe Far Far Away land where there is no Shrek, and Rumpelstiltskin reigns. There, Donkey spends his days hauling carts, and a portly Puss in Boots prefers lounging to swashbuckling.    What a great site! I know where to go for my movie trailers now. Anyway, my kids loved the Shrek Forever After movie. Of course we have all enjoyed each installment of the Shrek franchise. Shrek is one of those rare movies that kids and adults can have a good time watching. It’s hard to believe that Shrek won’t be coming out with any new movies. Maybe they’ll all change their minds in a few years. Seems crazy that a franchise worth so much money would simply stop.

   My kids are dressing up as Shrek Donkey and Gingy for Halloween this year. They haven’t stopped talking about the movie since we saw it a few weeks ago. This trailer reminded me how funny the movie was. I personally liked the first Shrek the best, but this one is good. The trailers here look great and I’m glad to have found a site that has all the great movies all in one spot.

   Me personally, I will be wearing the full Shrek Outfit for Halloween this year. It should be fun when I go out with the kids as Donkey and Gingy and make for a fun Halloween. Thanks a lot, great site and great looking trailers
